Once your order is Confirmed and dispatched you'll receive a SMS on your Number from Tropicales Health Foods with tracking number and details.

Local Delivery
 

We also offer Local delivery or self-pick up.

Local delivery – Free local delivery is available within [Lonavala] for orders above Rs.500 and below Rs.500 Delivery Charges are added (Rs.50)

Self-Pick up – Buyers can also self pick their orders from our outlet at Lonavala [Rainbow land parks, pavna dam road, aundholi, lonavala -410401] . Place a order through call or website 3-4 days prior of visiting for self pick-up.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. TROPICALES HEALTHFOODS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy
 

Products can be returned if a contact has been made with our return support center within 24Hours of receiving the product.
 

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on www.tropicales.in
 

However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a replacement if the product is returned to us by the buyer.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

 

Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, Tamper Evident Seal intact and in unopened condition).

  • Courier charges will not be refunded to the customers if order is cancelled after shipping.

TROPICALES HEALTHFOODS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Products will not be returned or refunded which have been used or if it's seal is broken.

·       Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been shipped.

·       TROPICALES HEALTHFOODS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

·       In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

·       In case of any Refunds approved by the TROPICALES HEALTHFOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 7-14 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
